Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Admitly ("we", "us") for using this website. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why.

Who can use the site

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the site, and a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Only an adult (18 or older) may pay for a subscription. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should start the subscription, either from their own linked parent account or with you, using their card.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

What Admitly is

Admitly is SAT practice: practice questions with explanations, practice tests, a study plan, vocabulary review, and a college list tracker. Our scores are estimates to help you practice. They are not official scores and do not predict or guarantee any SAT result or college admission. College facts come from public government data and may be out of date, so always check deadlines and requirements on each college's own site.

SAT is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse this website. Practice questions on this site are original.

Subscriptions and the free week

• Plans: 1 month for $29, billed every month; 3 months for $75, billed every 3 months. Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown on the Plan page before you pay is the price you are charged.
• Free week. Each student can get one 7-day free week. You enter a card to start it, but you are not charged during the free week. If you do not cancel before it ends, your plan starts and your card is charged the plan's price on the date shown on the Plan page.
• Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your card is charged the plan's price each period until you cancel. If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• Rewards and promo codes. Practice rewards and promo codes lower a charge as described on the Plan page. Only one discount applies to a charge. They have no cash value. Extra free days we give, for example for reporting a bug, work the same way as the free week.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it goes through.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time with one click on the Plan page. You do not need to contact us.
• If you cancel during the free week, you are never charged.
• If you cancel after a charge, your plan does not renew again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Deleting your account cancels any subscription on it right away.

Refunds

We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period. If you were charged by mistake, or you forgot to cancel and have not used the paid features since the charge, email us at support@admitly.xyz within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• Copy, share, or sell our questions, explanations, or tests, or scrape the site.
• Share one paid account between several students.
• Try to get around payments, limits, or security, or interfere with the site.
• Upload anything that is not yours to share, or anything illegal or harmful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a reason other than breaking these rules, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Your content

Files and notes you add, such as transcripts, stay yours. You let us store them and show them back to you so the site can work. Our questions, explanations, and site design belong to us.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we do not promise any score improvement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters for paying subscribers, such as billing or cancelling, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
